How do we do this?
01 Initial Discovery
Begin with a comprehensive analysis of the organization's structure, key challenges, and overall goals. This initial phase focuses on understanding the general requirements that will shape the training program and aligning it with the business's strategic objectives.
02 Deep Discovery
Conduct in-depth, one-on-one interviews with potential trainees to gain a detailed understanding of their current roles, skills, and development areas. This process allows us to create personalized Trainee Personas, ensuring a customized learning approach tailored to each participant's unique needs and growth opportunities.
03 Validation of Understanding
Present the Trainee Personas and proposed learning outcomes to leadership for review and validation. This step ensures that the personas accurately reflect both individual capabilities and the company’s desired outcomes, aligning the program with leadership's expectations for team development.
04 Creating the Training Content
Develop or adapt the training content based on the validated personas and organizational goals. This phase involves customizing the curriculum and delivery methods to make sure they resonate with participants to meet the specific needs of the business, ensuring both relevance and impact.
05 Delivering The Training
Deliver the training through a blended learning approach that combines self-paced digital modules with live interactive sessions. These sessions will include a mix of workshops, case studies, simulations, and practical examples to provide hands-on experience and enhance the understanding and application of new skills.
06 Recap and Reflect
Following the training, we will have a joint review to assess the program’s effectiveness, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement. We’ll produce a Training Report, highlighting key challenges, progress, a before-and-after comparison of the team’s sales personas, and recommendations for ongoing development during the 1:1 coaching sessions.
07 1:1 Coaching and Mentorship
Offer ongoing personalized coaching and mentorship sessions tailored to each trainee’s needs. The number of sessions will be agreed upon in advance, and they will focus on ensuring the practical application of the newly acquired skills in the workplace, reinforcing learning outcomes, and driving long-term growth.
08 Project Completion
Conclude the engagement by confirming that all objectives have been successfully met. A final evaluation will confirm that the team is equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and strategies for sustained success, and that the new skills are embedded within daily operations.
